1. In short
You can delete your Vintaflip account at any time, either directly from the app or by sending us a request by email. In both cases we remove your account and all associated data, as described below.
This page concerns the Vintaflip app (com.vintaflip.app) and the service available at vintaflip.com.
2. From the app (fastest way)
If you still have access to the app or web app, you can delete your account yourself in a few seconds:
- open Vintaflip and sign in to your account;
- go to the Account section;
- tap “Delete account”;
- tick the box accepting that the account will be closed and the data deleted after 90 days;
- confirm by typing DELETE (and, if you sign in with a password, enter your password).
3. By email (if you no longer have the app)
If you no longer have access to the app, write to info@tiber-valley.com from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Vintaflip account deletion”.
We will verify ownership of the account and process the request free of charge within 30 days, usually much sooner. If needed, we may contact you to confirm your identity.
4. What data is deleted
Once the retention period has elapsed we permanently remove all linked data, including:
- profile data (name, email, preferences and sign-in credentials);
- registered products and their photos;
- sales, purchases, lots and expenses;
- custom categories and sales channels;
- notifications, referrals and settings;
- AI Pricer scans and bots with their favourites.
5. Timing and retention period
When you request deletion the account is closed immediately and can no longer be accessed.
The associated data is kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted, encrypted backups included. Within those 90 days you can email us at info@tiber-valley.com to cancel the deletion and reactivate the account.
Any active subscription is cancelled at the time of the request. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled from the settings of the respective store.
Beyond the 90 days we may retain only the data we are obliged to keep for tax or accounting purposes (for example billing data for any payments), stored separately and no longer used for the service.
