Is Vintaflip free?
The Free plan is free for life: 30 items, 5 categories, 3 channels, 1 bot and 1,000 AI credits as a gift. No card required. The paid plans remove the limits and add product photos, advanced statistics and integrations.
What happens if I go over the 30 items of the Free plan?
You lose nothing: every item stays visible and editable, but to add new ones you need to move to Premium or free up room by archiving the sold ones.
How do AI credits work?
They are the unit of consumption for the AI features: 10 credits for an AI Pricer scan or an AI Listing Kit, 1–2 credits for each platform monitored on every bot run (1 eBay/Subito, 2 Vinted/Wallapop). They do not expire and the balance is shared across web, iOS and Android.
Where do I buy credits?
From the Android app via Google Play, from the iOS app via the App Store, or from your account area on the web. The balance is one and the same, wherever you top up.
Can the bots get me banned from a marketplace?
The bots read public search pages at low volume and with delays, they do not use your account, they do not post and they do not contact sellers. If a platform applies a temporary limit, the bot tries again on the next run.
Can I use Vintaflip without selling online?
Yes. Plenty of users buy at flea markets and sell in a shop or at fairs: inventory, lots, expenses and statistics work exactly the same. You define the channels yourself.
Is my data safe?
Your data sits on servers in the European Union, passwords are encrypted and we share nothing with third parties for commercial purposes. You can export everything to Excel or CSV at any time.
Are my photos used to train AI models?
No. The images are used for the single scan and stay in your inventory.
Can several people work on the same account?
Not yet: today one account means one user. Shared workspaces for teams and shops are on the roadmap.
Does it work offline?
The mobile app keeps your inventory readable and queues the items you add offline, which sync as soon as the network is back. AI Pricer and bots need a connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account area, on your own, at any time. You stay on the paid plan until the end of the period already billed, then you go back to Free automatically without losing any data.
How do I delete my account?
From your account area or from the site's "Delete account" page. Deletion is final: export your data first. Any remaining credits are not refundable.
What is Vintaflip?
An app for people who buy and resell second-hand and vintage: catalogue your items, log purchases, sales and costs across every channel (Vinted, eBay, Subito, Wallapop, Instagram, your own shop), see your real margin and ROI, price with AI and find deals with the bots. On web, iOS and Android.
Which platforms can I sell and buy on?
Log your sales on whatever channel you use (Vinted, eBay, Subito, Wallapop, Instagram, your own shop). The deal-hunting bots monitor Vinted, eBay, Subito, Wallapop and Facebook Marketplace; with the Pro plan you list on eBay and sync Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop.
How is the suggested price worked out?
From real sold listings — lowest, median, average and highest — not random guesses. That same median of sold items is the source used both by the AI Pricer to suggest how much to sell for, and by the bots to spot when a listing is under-priced.
Do I need to keep the app open for the bots to work?
No. The bots run on our servers at the interval you choose and send you a push notification whenever they find a match.
Can I use it on my phone and my computer?
Yes: web, plus the native iOS and Android apps, all with the same account. Your data and AI credit balance are shared across every device.
